In a small town where everyone knows each other, newly wed Nathaniel Bryant struggles to bring financial success home for his growing family. Down on his luck and desperate for a brighter horizon, Nathaniel finds himself at the right place at the right time when a huge sum of money practically lands in his lap. With this new glimmer of hope, Nathaniel decides to go home, get his wife Cynthia, and flee town for a fresh start. But before they can flee, Nathaniel must make a stop at his old childhood home to get a secret lockbox he left behind.
